HolidayCollection コンストラクタ(IHoliday[],Weekdays)

指定した設定を使用して、新しい HolidayCollection オブジェクトを初期化します。（外部での使用は推奨されません）

パラメータ

holidays: IHoliday インタフェースが実装された休日を含むオブジェクトの配列。
weekdays: 曜日の休日設定を保持する Weekdays オブジェクト。
